5/19/17

  Yesterday, I skipped school because I had to have my wishdom teeth pulled out. I had to wait since nine o'clock in the morning until four o'clock in the evening. First of all, it took a long time to wait for all the people who were here before me. It wasn't my turn until two o'clock in the evening. Meanwhile, we jsut waited in the waiting room. It was very hard to pull that wisdom teeth out. It took the dentist two hour to pull it out. It also hurts when I get home. But now it's better.

When I got home, I downloaded Rick Riordan's Mark of Athena, the third book in Heroes of Olympia series. Unfortunately, that was the last book of the series that I would be able to download for free. And also, there's no MOBI format, so I had to download it in PDF format, which make me unable to change size of the letters. They are permanently fixed in a size. Still, it was readable. I think that if I want to read the other two books of the series, I would either had to buy it at the bookstore or wait until I reached Canada and read at the library. I also downloaded The Demigod's Files, another book by Rick Riordan.

  Yesterday, my family played Cashflow. Twice, the game crashed when my mom tried to buy a good stock. at the end of the second crahs, my mom quit playing because of the frustration. My father, sister, and I, however, continued to play Cahsflow. I won in the end, anyway.

  Today, I finally finished The Three Musketeers and was reading The Death of the Three Musketeers. The story was very interesting. Tomorrow, I will wrote the book report for that book if I had enough time to do so before I went to the dentist to check my teeth before our migration to Canada.

  It was an amazement that how far we had went on the road to migrate to Canada. In early June, we will fly to South Korea. This Sunday, a party for us at our grandparents house will be held.

  Last Friday, I gave away four books to my friends. I also brought the Secret Hitler Print & Play version with the hope of convincing them to play. But, unfortunately, they don't. Soit turns out that I played Minecraft, or, as how I prefer to pronounce it, "Meinkreft". I like to pronounced Minecraft to Meinkreft because it sounds like German in some way. Anyhow, I started on building a log carbin. I had a turnel deep in the ground which I called "the Mine". I had observed (well, "observed" might be a word too strong, but I had no idea for anyother word which could fit the situation) that I usually dig turnels as my first home. I had digged to the deepest part of the game possible. It's an amazing thing that a Minecraft world is seven times bigger than our real world, yet was just fourteen meters deep.

  On Saturday, I play War Thunder. I had unlocked the P-400. This plane had three guns. There's a cannon, a 12,7 mm gun, and a 7 mm gun. The cannon had only sixty bullets in it. I had discovered a few thing. First of all is the middle mouse is lock on target, and that the plane will explode if they engine overheated.

  On Sunday, my family went out our grandparents house on my mother side. I played mostly cards. But I also volunterily helped bringing out some of the dishes. I also realized that I could play Secret Hitler without the whole set. I just need a set of card.

  Yesterday, I lost in playing Cashflow with my mother. The reason I lsot is because my mom got the $1 stocks, and her profession have a big salary. She bought 2,500 $1 stocks and got split 2 for 1. When she sold it, it worth $30 each. Still, I was pretty close to the fast race that round. 

  Today, my stuffy nose has improved a little bit. It was now more pleasant. When I was exercising this morning, I blow my nose too much that blood came out of it. Anyhow, I only do quizzes this evening because my dad and I got to go to check our glasses. The right len of my glasses isn't enough. I had changed it now. The new glasses is a bit strange to me. It was kind off nauseous a little bit. But I think I'll get used to it. 

  Tonight, I am going to play War Thunder. I wanted to try out my attacker plane more. There are three possible games that I will play. It could be Team Fortress 2 or War Thunder or No More Room In Hell. My Team Fortress 2 inventory had increased a little bit. I had got two new primary weapons for Scout, Gunboat for Soldier, Southern Hospitality for Engineer, Natasha for Heavy, and Amputator for Medic. I still had the Strange Quickie Sticky Launcher, gifted to me by a random person.

  Yesterday, I watched a movie called Lord of War. It told about Yuri Orlov start as an arm dealer until after is capture by Interpool. Yuri started arms dealing in his twenties. He started by selling Uzi submachine guns, which he acquire through a person in his father's temple, who was following a Jewish religion. Once, he obtained Soviet's weapons in Odessa through his uncle, who worked as a high military general for Soviet. He obtained many "Kalashnikovs", or the AK-47. He even get military helicopters and tanks. In the end, his brother died because he tried to destroy arms sold to the RUF. His parents disowned him, and his wife and son left him when they found out what he was doing. He was arrested because the doctor he hired to remove all the bullets from his brother's corpse doesn't removed all the bullets. He was released, however, because the government need him to sell weapons to them.

  Today, I had finally able to obtain a new attacker plane in War Thunder. Its turning speed is slightly less than a light bomber. However, it's its guns that makes me interest in it. The guns are still the 12.7 mm machine guns as the other guns. However, there are four of these guns, making it very dangerous for the enemy. It only took me three second to kill a fighter. Talking about fighter, there is a very funny thing happened today in War Thunder. It happened like this. I was using my P-40. In front of me was another plane. I was trying to scare him by shooting a few bullets over him. I however, failed to remmeber that he also move. I hold the fire button for one second. And it ended out that I killed him via friendly fire.

  Yesterdy, my mother and I played Cashflow. It was quit fun. I won in the end. I invested more on things with cashflows than my mother. My mother thinks too much and would only buy chances with high percent of income.

  Today, I finally wrote the research paper. It was about the Civil War. I guess I write too well that my thought that I copied it somewhere. Anyhow, I had finished it. It maybe was my best excellence research paper ever.

  I had convinced my friend to download Steam. He might have downloaded War Thunder. I started to play War Thunder again. I was planning that on 28th of May, when the church members going to come to my house. My plan is that to convince them to bring their laptop, and we will play War Thunder.

  Today, I had finally received a letter feom Sever Bronny, stating he next book's name. It was called Burden's Edge. He said that it will be out at this year's end.

  Last Saturday, I printed out Secret Hitler the Print and Play version. I brought this ga,e to my friends house, where we played that game. The game's minimum numbers of player was supposed to be five. But since we only have four people interested in the game, we just had to do with it.  Since have too few people, it was quite easy to figure out who's Facist and who's Hitler. I also had some error with the rules. For example, in Smoshgame's videos, the Hitler doesn't know who the Facists are. However, I failed to read that from five to six players, Hitler was supposed to know who the Facist is.    The game was quite a big success. My friends thinks that the game is interesting while the teacher thinks that it got a 8/10 score. Unf ortunately, there's not enough members old enought to play the game. I was wishing that on May 28th, when our church members will come to our house, I would get some more people to play.

 I finally bought some notebooks to write ten daily English words. That evening, I also made steaks. It was about two centimeters thick. It took me more than ten minutes to cook that steak. It was rare in the end. However, it was very chewie.

  Tonight, I was hoping to play Cashflow with my mom and dad.

  Since last week's Sunday, my family and my aunt's family went to our grandparents house. I was allowed to bring my laptop there under the condition to only play video games after dinner, which I was able to kept for all three days. I mostly played a ship fighting game called Steel Ocean. While waiting to download this game, I have watched gameplays of Steel Ocean. There was a guy using a submarine, which I think is effective. When I finally got the submarine, however, I soon figured out that it wasn't the case. The submarine's main weapon is torpedoes, which speed is low and, for me, had a high chance of damaging our own ships. I had once able to sink three ships with torpedoes. Unfortunately, however, they were all on my team. Its only other weapon is a deck gun, which basically is like the destroyers cannon, only that the destroyer had three or four of those. Now, I was using mainly the battleships. My two current battleships are the Wyoming class and the Florida class. There are only six types of ships in this game. They are the battleship, submarine, destroyer, light cruiser, heavy cruiser, and aircraft carrier. I haven't got any of those two cruisers, but other than the battleships, the other kinds of ships doesn't fit my play style. The destroyer's armor and fire power are too low. The submarine projectile speed, armor, and speed are also too low. And the aircraft carrier is basically defenseless against other ships with only one small cannon. The battleship's advantages are that it had high fire power and armor. I could hit enemies with they necessarily seeing me using the hawkeye view. The main cannons reload speed is low, but I had some secondary small cannons. It's only vulnerable to torpedo because it couldn't move fast. But if kept from submarines and strong enemy battleships, it's a good type of ship to use in Steel Ocean.

  Yesterday, I doesn't wrote about what happened during that day as normal. Instead, I wrote about movies. Today, I might sum up what happened today and yesterday. Oh, and also, I started rereading the fifth and last book of Arinthian Line, Legend. This book is still interesting after months of reading it the first time. I was really, really wishing for the next series about Augum, Bridget, and Leera. The next series will be a trilogy, as stated by Sever Bronny at the end of Legend. I am even more anticipating for this than, for example, Star Wars VII, which is coming to cinema this May, though maybe not at that month in Vietnam.

  Ok, let's talk about class yesterday now. In science, Mr. Ender brought an astronomical binocular. This binocular makes picture bigger by twenty five, or more, times its normal size. And its front lens are one hundred millimeters in diameter. That binocular compared ro Mr. Ender's hand looks ridiculous. The length of the binocular is two and a half times longer than Mr. Ender's hand width. You might as well use to beat someone up. And he even said that it doesn't cost much. He then saids it only cost a hundred or two hundreds dollars, as if we have enough money to consider that cheap. In other subjects, there are nothing noticeable. However, after this next test, we are going to talk about the Cold War era. I don't know why, but after reading the Cold War section before class, I started to feel that some parts of it is actually really interesting. We talked about peace times as well was war times. The wars in this section wasn't interesting, really. As for mathmetics, we are now relearning solid shapes, shapes that had three dimensions such as cubes, rectangular prism, cone, etc.

  English is a language that really combined words of many other languages. It had French, German. And it even Latin in it, such as et cetera, anno domini, and so on.

  Yesterday, I watched a movie called Doom. Dwayne Johnson starring as a sergeant of the space marines. In this movie, the space marines are sent to protect the property of a research center on Mars. There are scientist that were changed into monster due to the expiriments conducted there. It was surprising to see Dwayne Johnson in that movie since movies inspired by video games don't aren't gonna be famous, thus don't often attract famous actors. But this movie was made in 2005, and I don't think that Dwayne Johnson was famous by then. But amaybe I was wrong. Maybe famous actors do played in movies inspired by video games. One example is Assasin's Creed the Movie. This movie had Michael Fassbender, the actor who star as a main character in the movie called Macbeth. I also observed that Dwayne Johnson almost always had a beard in action movies but not in comedy movies. The only exception to this theory that I know of is the movie Doom. Doom certainly isn't a comedy movie. It actually was classified as "horror sci-fi movie" by Wikipedia. I searched this on Wikipedia via my Kindle.

  Last Saturday's evening, I went to my friend's house to learn English. I finally told our teacher to let us stop watching the Alpha videos. Instead, I proposed that we talked. I first intended to bring the paper printed version of the game. That board game required a lot of talking to each other so I think it would be a good idea. However, I have forgotten to do so. That is why my next plan is to play the browser version of the game. There is another unfortunate situation that prevented us to play this game. This game required at least five people. And we only have three. It said that there are several hundreds of people in the lobby. And not a single person join the game. However, we are still able to talk through another game. The last game we played is like this. Everyone thinks of an object. After everyone had chosen their object, one person thinks of an scenerio so that the other people could think of how they could use their object. It was quite fun, even though I don't think that I can say the same for other people.

  About Sunday's noon, I went out to buy another book. This book is entitled The Copper Gauntlet of the Magisterium series. By this time, I really think there was something unusual about me keep buying the book in the middle of the series for several times. First, it was the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series. Then, it was rhe Arinthian Line series. Next, it was a light novel series called Tokyo Stray Wizards. And finally, it was the Magisterium series. In the first three series, I always bought the thrid book first.

  We are now gathering stuffs that we are going to sell before we went move. We are getting very close. But I might have to take a TOEFL test in order to be able to study at this school that I am to study at when we get there.

    I might have talked about this. I hve watched the Smoshgame crew played a game called Secret Hitler once. A few days ago, I found that they have made another video of them play Secret Htiler. I had decided to find the game's website. On their website, they said that we could print a version of Secret Hitler on our own. I also stumbled upon a website that had a free online version of Secret Hitler. All you need to do is enter your email and play. I wish that I had some friends whom I could play this game with. I am considering either making my friends on Facebook to be interested in this game or bringing my own printed version of the game to my friends on tomorrow's afternoon.

  I had finally finished with all the science fair project thingy. The last part is the oral presentation, which I had just finished in this afternoon. It was quite a long process to go through all of the science fair project thing. Also, the school haven't sent my report cards yet.

  Today, unfortunately, there is no good movie. And our family doesn't go to church because my dad was still ill, so I'm kind of not knowing what to do. I suppose that I could read Illiad, but there haven't been any details of the fighting yet. And the only battle accounted yet is only in one or two sentences that said that the Greek lost. In short, it was kind of boring.

  So I might have forgot to make blog entries for the last few days in this week. That is why I am going to summarize the important facts here.

  On Monday, my dad and I go watched Fast & Furious 8 in cinema. The movie was pretty good. To me, it was better than Fast & Furious 7. Luckily, it wa the first Monday of April, which there is a promotion that said that a 2D movie ticket would only cost 45,000 vnd. Before the movie started, we went down to the bookstore just to check if there are some good books. I bought another book written by Rick Riordan. This book is in another series called Magnus Chase. Magnus Chase was the name of the main protagonist. This series, however, doesn't seem to be in Camp Half-Blood Chronicle, which talked about Percy Jackson's adventure. This series talked about Norse gods instead of Greek or Roman gods.

  Today, I had finally received the email about the recommendation letter. I had sent the request for recommendation letter and report cards. I also finished my experiment of seeing if everything is easier to break when they are frozen. I had 3 specimens. First one is a tissue paper. Second one is a onion leaf. And third is a soft plastic tube. My hypothesis is that the first two will break easily. They are already tin and soft and would break easily of harden. The results is what I expected. The onion leaf is the easiest to break. The tissue paper is a little bit harder. I broke the ice, but some of the tissuewere  still intact. The soft plastic tube doesn't break at all. Tonight, I would have to write a oral presentation for tomorrow on my expiriment.

  Nothing much to talk about yesterday's night except that I watched YouTube instead of watchign movies on the television, again. But there is also another reason. On second thought, nevermind. I was about to say that the reason is that my younger sister is watching movie on the television. But that wasn't on Wednesday's night. It was actually on Tuesday's night. My dad had some of his friends coming over. They talked about Dash and learn about installing masternode from my dad. They doesn't go home until quite late at night. One of those two friends is my uncle. He went home at 11:00 pm while the other person went home at 3:00 am today.

  This morning, I woke up quite late. And by late, I mean ten minutes later than usually. That means it was 8:10 am. Unfortunately, my DVD player's remote controller was broken since yesterday's evening. I was unable to control anything. As the result, I had to do all the book works and read the textbooks instead of watching the videos. However, I am able to solve that problem. I used tapes and tissue paper to fix it. It works quite good. It works 11 out of 12 times I press a button after I was able to fixed it. That was one of the things that I have ever achieved and make me proud. In fact, that was the thing that made me proudest today.

  Yesterday's night, I played Team Fortress 2 on my computer. I have said before that using Sniper that was equipped with a sniper rifle is one of the hardest ways to play Team Fortress 2. Now I would loke to add that it was one of the hardest way unless you are lucky. The reason I said so is because yesterday, I just got seven kills in one life. And all of those kills are headshots. Six of those kills are me headshotting enemy's sniper. I even dominate an enemy sniper. The other kill was me headshotting a sticky grenade jumped Demoman. It was pure coincidence. I doesn't even dream of headshotting him. I was just trying to do as much damage to him as I can. I also crafted the Medic's Crusader's Crossbow. It was Medic's primary weapon. It had only one shot per reload, but it was also able to heal allies as good as damaging enemies.

  Today, I learned how to draw congruent angles and parallel lines. Unfortunately, the parallel lines aren't so good. The congruent angles results are better, however. I also had a bunch of other tests. Those are done pretty good, if I am to say so myself. I also found out that the Illiad doesn't talked about other Greek mythologies other than from the beginning of the War of Troy to its end. Ironically, what I wanted now is to read about the Greek mythologies before the War of Troy. Myabe this is the result of reading all those Camp Half-Blood chronicles books.

  We had been on a trip to south of Vietnam and even into Cammbodia for three weeks. I had written down all of the notable things that happened during the trip in the last entry. I didn't write about anything during the last few days that we stayed in Saigon. I did bought two card sets with pictures of the anime Date A Live on it. I used a bus to get there. Our hotel was way in District 11, and the store was at District 5. I have never used a bus in Saigon before. I doesn't have a phone to direct my way either. All I have is the names of the streets, which I got by searching on Google Map via my laptop before I go, that I have to go to to get to the store. I gave one set of card to my friend. And I kept the other set. We went home using an airplane instead of a train as we had used to went down South.

  We arrived to Ninh Giang, which was where my grandparents lives, on Monday. We arrived at Ha Noi at Tuesday. For a few days, things are kind off slow. I didn't learn anything on Tuesday. On Thursday, I went to my mom's parents home because it was a holiday.

  For the last few days, I was reading Rick Riordian's Camp Half-Blood chronicles. I had finished Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. I also read the first two books of Heroes of Olympia series. I  was still missing three books in the Heroes of Olympia series. I had the first book of the next series, however. The series was called Trials of Apollo, and the first book was called The Prophecy. I was reading it the second time. This series's narrator was Apollo. In this series, Apollo was turned into a human because his son, Octavian, supported Gaia.

Report about Vietnam

  The first city that we went to is Hue. When I arrived at Hue, the first thing I realized is the temperature is way higher than in Ha Noi. In Ha Noi, we still have to were long sleeve shirts. However, in Hue, we only need to where t-shirts. For lunch, we eat three of the foods that Hue is known for. Nem lui and bun cha nuong is my two favorite dishes. That evening, we went on a boat to watch a performance on the Huong River, a famous river in Hue. The performance was mostly singing. The singing was done in traditional Vietnamese style along with traditional Vietnamese musical instruments such as Dan Bau. This musical instrument had only one string, but it was connected to a handle which could be bend to alternate the sound that the instrument emits. It was pretty good, except they speaks in a different accent that we use in the North so I can't understand much.

 On the second day, we doesn't go as much as the first day. We only went to one landmark, and it was the Thai Hoa Palace. The people there translated the name of the palace to "Supreme Harmony Palace", which was the funniest name I have ever heard. If they had only emit the word "supreme", it wouldn't be as funny. This palace used to be the place where the king of Vietnam would live. It was finished in somewhere about 1819. The Thai Hoa Palace was inside the City of Hue, which back then was surrounded by a thick wall. The city had since expand outside the wall. Most of the Forbidden City, the place where the king and his family members live, is mostly destroyed. Only the passage way between them remained. When the Communist captured the city, they killed most of the people who lived there. However, some still escaped the city and survived. The grandmother of the driver whom took use back to the hotel used to live in the city during that time. She escaped and tell the story to her childrens.

After we’ve left Hue, we went to Bien Hoa to visit a brother of my grandfather. We embarked a train at 11 am. We intended to go to Sai Gon, but since there was a station at Bien Hoa, we stopped there at about 5 am. We waited until 7 am. There, I went to a cinema to watch Kong: Skull Island. Kong was the first Hollywood movie filmed in Vietnam. Most of it was in Ha Long. Midway through the movie, the whole mall got a power cut. We have to wait for like 10 minutes for the power to come back. But, however, it was still a good movie. At afternoon, my grandfather's brother went with us to Sai Gon to visit another relative. We have dinner there. We stayed at Nha Khach Cua Nguoi Co Cong. My parents and sister slept in one room and I with my grandfather's brother in another room. That night, I had the opportunity to play Smite, a new MOBA game that I have just downloaded on Steam, with a friend of mine from Greece whom I made friend when I still play AtWar. On the next day, we went to Can Tho. There’s a foreign lady on the bus that we went on pronounced it like Can Tour. I slept mostly on the bus so I don't know what was on the road. At that place at night, we went to a night market. We ate dinner there. My dad ate so much fruits that he doesn’t need dinner. I at sticky rice with chicken which was very delicious. I also drink mango smoothy. At first, we went around the night market area; but later, we walk near the dock. We first intended to walk to the restaurant on a ship. But we walked too slow that we can’t arrive there before the ship went out. After that, we went to Rac Ra to visit another relative. My relative had a guest house there, so we stayed there for 2 or 3 days. After that day, we went to Ha Giang, which is were we are now. We stopped at a market. There, I bought a key decoration that shaped like a katana, a Japanese sword. We are going to stay at Ha Giang for 3 days. And on Sunday, we are going to Campuchia. This evening, we went out to the night market. After we have walked for a bit around the night market area, we stopped and ate dinner at the night market. I ate rice with pork ribs. It was delicious, and I like it. After that, I walked with my family for a bit until my mom and younger sister said that they wanted to go home. After we have reached our hotel, Du Hung 2, my dad and I continued to walk. While walking, we found a hotel name Du Hung. We walked to a place near the place where we stopped to walk home. This place is better than the other places near the sea because the smell is better there. While I was there, my dad talked on the phone. While my dad was talking on the phone, I tried to climb a platform as high as my chest by running for a short distance and jumping up. I was kinda proud because it was higher than any other platforms that I have climbed and that I was able to jump down from it, even though it wasn't the highest place I have jumped off.

Since today we doesn’t go anywhere and that I just mostly stay at our room and play games on my computer, and the meals we have are in the hotel, I’m gonna talk about a notable event that happened in the last few days that I have forgotten to talk about. We have went to U Minh forrest. U Minh was a national forrest. We went on a canoe to go on the moat. One of the places that we stopped is a tower that was built so people could climb it and watch the storks. I would like to go on it except that fact that it was made out of wood and 10 meters tall. Normally, this won’t be a problem. However, on top of the tower, you could actually felt it swaying a little bit. After that, we went to the restaurant in the forrest. There was an old monkey there. We feed him cucumbers. But when my younger sister fed him, he ran at her and grabbed her. The result was that she was scratched on the leg. My mom thinks it was the monkey’s bit, so my parents had to gave my younger sister a shot.

Today, we finally arrived at Cambodia. We stayed at our hotel room at Ha Tien until 12 pm. That’s when we went down for lunch and went on a minivan to go to the place where we would change to a bus that would took us to Kampat, Cambodia. I mostly slept on the trip, however. We stayed at the travel agency place for about an hour until we embarked a minivan with some other tourists that also went to Sihannoukvile. I once again slept on most of the trip. We arrived at somewhere around 6 pm. After we had checked in, we went downstair to the resort’s restaurant for dinner. My dad and I ate a 500 gram steak dish with mashed potato. Both of them tastes good. The steak is the best steak that I have tasted yet. The mashed potato was okay if it was eaten alone. But if you dipped it into the steak sauce, it tastes really good. After dinner, we went down the beach. The beach was way lower that where our resort was. Plus, the city’s water system doesn’t seems very good. And consequently, we dirty water of the city flowed down to the beach, making it smells quite bad. However, most part of it doesn’t have the unpleasant smell at all. There were people selling fireworks there. I have never seen common people firing fireworks. Tomorrow, we are going to swim in the resort’s pool.

Today is the second day that we spend in Sihannoukville, Cambodia. For breakfast, we ate at KFC. We first intended to eat at the small market, but they doesn’t sold breakfast. We bought a Family Feast that contained 6 pieces of chicken; two French fries; one 1.5 L bottle of Pepsi, which we still have it in our fridge; and a bag of chicken nuggets. Next to the KFC restaurant was a supermarket. My mom bought milk, cereal, and dried durian. For lunch, we ate steak downstair at our resort. Then at about 4:30 pm, we started to go to Independence Beach. My dad and younger sister went to swim without swimming clothes because we doesn’t intended to go swimming. I and my mom took a few pictures of one of us holding the sun. Some of those pictures are really good, while the other looks lame. Anyway, it was quite some fun. And for dinner, I ate chicken curry and rice.

Today, the most impressive event was both funny and a little bit disappointing. When I woke up, my dad and I went to the pool in our resort to swim. After that, I play games on the computer for a while until we went out to the big market for lunch even though it was only 10 am. After that, we walked to a place called World Trade Center. It was a sunny day so my mom and younger sister doesn't quite like walking, especially when we are following Google Map without wifi. When we arrived at the World Trade Center, it turned out to be a small market like the one we've been at. One of the funny things is that we have walked around it without even knowing it. I also swim one more time in the afternoon. After that, we went out for dinner. We ate at a hotel name Benny's. The pizza there was ok. The cheese and meat was good. But the piece in the endmost part is hollow inside with some parts burnt. After that, we walked along the beach. We also went into a mini market to buy can finish with tomato sauce to eat with the rice that we brought home. I also bought a can of Pringles. It seems that a can of Pringles here is bigger than the one back in Vietnam.

This morning, I doesn't go outside much. I woke up quite late, and after I've woke up, I read the fourth book of  The Spook's Apprentice series. We stayed at our room of the resort until 12:30 pm when we went downstair to eat lunch at the restaurant under our resort. In the afternoon, we went to the beach to swim. I went home early to take a bath. But I don't see my parents when I went to the beach. So I returned home. My parents eventually returned. Unfortunately, it rained so we have to eat downstair at our resort's hotel again.

Today, we woke up at  6:30 am. At somewhere about 7:30 am, our transition bus for the bus to Phnom Penh arrived. On the transition bus, we met a couple of old Chinese American. My dad talked to Mr. Tony and get aquainted with him. On the bus, he invited us to go to a health club to play badmington with him and some of his friends. On the bus, things are a bit lame. I slept on most of the trip since it wasn't until 1:30 pm that we arrived. Our hotel looks quite good. It had a mart downstair. At evening, we went out to the night market. Unfortunately, it rained. So it took us quite some time to get home. Tomorrow, we are going to a genocidal museum.

Today, we first went to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Tuol Sleng's code was S-21. S-21 used to be a school until Pol Pot's regime turned it into a prison. Next, we went to Aeon Mall. We tried to go to the Royal Palace and the Killing Field, but both are just too expensive. There are some shooting range, but the lowest price is $350 so we get that idea out of our list. There is also a laser tag at Aeon Mall. But since there are only my dad and I, I don't think it would be a good idea.

Today, we woke up at somewhere about 7 am so that we could get on the bus back to Sai Gon. We ate instance noodle cup for breakfast. We waited until 7:35 am when the minivan that took us to the bus station arrived. The trip was quite long. The bus started by 7:58 am, and it was about 3:30 pm when we arrived at Sai Gon. For dinner, we ate banh cuon trang bang. It was quite good. Tomorrow, we are going to one of our relative's house for lunch.

  I have now finished over half of the book Ben-Hur. The part that I have finished is right after Ben-Hur had defeated his nemesis, Melessa. This is the second time I read this book. It was actually pretty good. But of course it would be as good if you read it continually.

  Now, let's talk about my Team Fortress 2 progressions during the last time I've talked about this subject until now. I had used the Ambassador to craft a new primary weapon for Scout. It was called the Baby Face Blaster. I also got Atomic Bonk for the third time. This is the first time I got the same weapon three times. Next, I got a new melee weapon for Heavy. This is two boxing gloves with fire figures on it. On Team Fortress Wikipedia, it said I could craft it with scrap metal to make a Warrior Spirit or something. I also found out that I could use scrap metal with the Demoman's melee weapon, Half-Zatoichi, which I had two, to make another sword called Persian Persuader. I also got a shield to charge. However, I doesn't rquip the shield now since I was given a Strange Quickie Bomber by another player. I don't know why he do it, but I appreciate what he did. Usually, you don't get Strange quality weapon in random. This is either by trading or something else that I have forgotten. I still doesn't get any new weapon for Medic, Engineer, or Sniper. I also know that "my" strategy, Engie Fortress, only works if there are other Engineers around. If the enemy had a Spy and another class nearby, especially if the Spy had the Tape Recorder sapper, then I'm "as good as dead". I have now remembered all of the last stanza of the Team Fortress 2 Rap. This contained the lines of Medic, Sniper and Spy. I especially like Medic's line because I got to sing it with "ze German voice". That's why it was the part that I remember the most perfectly.

  For the last few days, I have finished the four, or perhaps three, long novels of Sherlock Holmes, by Sir Authur Conan Doyle. The first story was The Study in Scarlet. This is the origin of how Dr. John H. Watson met Sherlock Holmes and their first case. In this case, there was a man mysteriously murdered in a house. In his hand is a wedding ring, and on the wall was the word "Rache" written in blood. The murderer was actually the man who was the carriage driver for the murdered man. His cause was revenging. He and a small metal container which had two types of pill, one with poison and the other without. How he murder that man is for two man to choose one pill and drink it. Whoever got the one with poison died. The murdered man's secretary was also murdered. But this time, he was shot. This was later explained as because the secretary doesn't go along with this and tried to attack the murderer, the murderer had to kill the secretary. The next story was called The Hound of Baskervilles. Sir Charles Baskervilles was murdered. Next to his corpse was foot prints of a hound. According to legend, there was a gigantic hound from hell haunting the Baskervilles. Henry Baskervilles is the next in line. But while he was in London, he got a warning message that he should not go near the moor near the Baskervilles Manor. That's why his friend consult Sherlock Holmes. It turns out that the man behidn this was also a Baskervilles that was thought to be dead. He wanted to kill the other Baskervilles so that he could claim as the heir. The hound was just a big hound with phosphorus painted about his eyes and mouth to make the visual effact that fire was comign out from them. The last story that I remembered what The Valley of Fear. There was a man murdered in his house. He was supposed to be the master of the house. But it was actually the man who went in to kill the master of the house, named Jack. Jack actually killed the man, but hide because he think that if he hides the other member of the society that spught out to kill him might think that he is dead. The second part of the story reveals why he was being hunted.

  I just realized that I had forgotten to wrote blog entries for the last two days. That is why the first paragraphs of this entry will talk about the events that does not concern family business.

  On Tuesday, I asked my dad to download the movie V for Vendetta. V for Vendetta talked about a masked terrorist V who fight for freedom from the facist political party called Norsefire in England, lead by Adam Sutter, while killing all those who had imprisoned him in the past. He wore a Guy Fawkes mask to concealed his burnt face. Another protagonist is Evey Hammond. Together, they helped destroy the Parliament. That movie was quite interesting for me. What that got me into that movie is the past of V. I was really curious about who V was.

  On Wednesday, which was yesterday, my dad downloaded Mission Impossible I through Mission Impossible III and Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadow. This movie's antagonist, unlike its prequel, was real character from Authur Conan Doyles' book. The antagonist in this movie was Professor Moriaty. We initially watched Sherlock Holmes, which I had to turn on the volume quite high because it doesn't have subtitles. But because my dad doesn't like that movie and maybe because he can't understand what they said without the subtitles, we changed to Mission Impossible I. In this movie, Ethan Hunt, played by Tom Cruise, was framed for the death of his team. The CIA believed that he was the mole hired by an arms dealer to get the list of real names of agents. He had to run and found out who was the real mole and prove his innocence.

  Today, I doesn't go to the Mipec Tower to buy the USB as I have planned. Instead, I stayed home to play Team Fortress 2. There's a match in this game where I used the strategy that I called Engie's Fortress. How this strategy works is that I choose a corner and planted a sentry gun and a dispenser on the other two side. The sentry gun would kill the enemy, and the dispenser would provide me health and metal. They would also served as walls while I constantly fix them.

  Last Friday, there's one thing that happened in Team Fortress 2 that I both felt funny and frustrated at the same time. First, I used the Phlilogist and two Flare Gun to craft the Class Token. I have to use the two secondary weapon of Demoman to craft Scrap Metal. And in the end, what is it that I got? A Phlilogist. The same gun I used to craft this "new" weapon. So, long story short, I just threw away two Flare Gun and two Sticky Grenade Launchers. And also, I haven't found another chance with the Dead Ringer yet. It doesn't seems to be helpful now. Anyway, I remembered that we kind of talk a lot at my friends house. I just found out last Saturday that the word "church" is not what I meant. The word that I meant is "fellowship".

  On Saturday, I played Fistful of Frags. Of course, as it usually happened to me in games, my gaming skill of a certain game actually got worse that when I started off. Most of online games that I have played are like that, with the exception of Blitz Brigade, the only game that I actually got to high level without getting the memories deleted. I said that because I still remembered what had happened to my Six-Gun account. I was cheating in lottery at that time. How I do this is turn off wifi. Then I choose free lottery, which only have one per day. After I have finished the lottery, I change date. And then I would try the lottery again. I was trying that cheat when it suddenly crashed. When I open it up, my progresses are all gone. Anyway, I found some very good Team Fortress 2 somgs. I like the songs Gentlebot Hell, Team Fortress 2 Rap, and Make a Mann Out of You. When I first heard the song Make a Mann Out of You, I thought that I have heard this some somewhere before. It wasn't until today that I've learned that that song was from Mulan. That afternoon, I went to my friends house again for an English lesson. Turns out, we were supposed to learn English from the same videos as the videos we learned every Friday night. The only difference is that these videos doesn't have Vietnamese subtitles. We doesn't actually talked a whole lot. We just answer questions that the people in the videos ask us.

  Yesterday, I continued watching Vanossgaming's and Jacksepticeye's videos. There are no interesting videos from Jacksepticeye. But there is a new video from Vanossgaming. It was a Gmod Hide and Seek. It was pretty funny. Then, I watched Vanossgaming's GTA V Heist videos. This was kind of better, but in the same time, worse. The better thing is that this isn't a bunch of random stuffs, and Vanoss and his friends actually do some objective stories. The worse thing is that there wasn't many funny moments, though there is still some.

  Today, I finally finished the relearning of the subjects. I had already finished learning lesson 114 of history, English, and science. I also finsihed reading "Người Hoang". Also, I realized that the English name of that series was called Feral. And the name of the book is called The Crow-Talker. It was pretty interesting. Unfortunately, there is no second book of the series in Vietnamese yet.

  Anyway, this afternoon, my dad told me to do my quizzes with the computer in my room because he need to discuss work about the company. After I have finished the quizzes, I asked my dad to use the computer to play video games. I played Team Fortress 2 and Fistful of Frags. There wasn't much to talk about in Team Fortress 2, but it was the opposite in Fistful of Frags. In Fistful of Frags, I was able to complete like five achievements. I was able to found out that if I walk slower, I would be able to shoot with higher accuracy. Unfortunately, I have to both walk and click Shift at the same time to walk slowly.

  Yesterday, my parents came home late again. And it doesn't take a genius to figure out that we are going to eat outside today. Unfortunately, I had already cook rice just in case I was wrong.vWhen my parents came home, it was already 6:30 pm. We went out to eat chicken hotpot at a hotpot restaurant near our house. We usually eat at that restaurant whenever we went out to eat. That night, my dad downloaded one of the most renowned movie of 2016, Arrival. In the beginning of this movie, we saw the main protagonist's, Louise, daughter's birth and her death because of cancer. Then, we see that the aliens had entered the Earth in twelve different locations. Louis was chosen to work at translating the alien's language. She worked with Ian. It was revealed later than those who mastered the language of the alien was able to look into the future and that the beginning of the movie was actually in the future. That movie was actually pretty interesting, though not one of the best movies I've watched for its lack of action.

  Today, I have a lot of quizzes. There was about four quizzes. When my mom went to get my younger sister home from school, I intended to ask her to took me to the Mipec Tower to buy some books at the Fahasa bookstore. But she said that if I go, there would be no one to lock the door for those who worked here. At last, my dad came home. I set out to the Mopec Tower after my dad came home. I first intended to buy The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. But I find some books better. One of them is The Diary of the Wimpy Kid. I used to have six books of this series, but I've sold them at one of my parents fair. This is the seventh book of the series. Another book that I buy was a book called Wild Man or something. In Vietnamese, it's called Người Hoang.
